Still some are very specific with the targeted body part, such as an abs
exercise video. Making plans to exercise with someone else
can be the incentive you need to get out of the house and moving, so make sure that you rope in some willing exercisers to get you
going and ensure that when you leave the house you do not end up en masse at the local coffee shop or even the pub.

What you posted made a great deal of sense. However, consider this,
what if you were to create a killer headline? I mean, I don't want to tell
you how to run your blog, however what if you added a post title to maybe get folk's attention?
I mean 20200828 092742 is a little vanilla. You might look at Yahoo's front page
and see how they create news headlines to grab people interested.
You might try adding a video or a related pic or two to grab people excited about everything've written.
Just my opinion, it would make your blog a little livelier.
